Returns of Unopened Products
We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to return your Sitting Aid cushion. If you have purchased a Sitting Aid cushion and wish to return it, you may do so only if the product is unopened and in its original condition.
- Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals and shrink-wrap intact.
- Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. Any return requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
- Process for Returns: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.
- Shipping Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
We do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used, as this violates our health and safety standards.
